MARINER highlighted at the Captains’ Forum during Monaco Yacht Show 2026

Francesco Bellusci, Head of Research & Development at Scorpio Group, highlighted MARINER during his participation in the Captains’ Forum on 24 September 2026, held at the Yacht Club de Monaco during the Monaco Yacht Show.

Under the theme “Future Energy Sources onboard Ships & Yachts”, the forum brought together maritime and yachting professionals to discuss alternative energy technologies and the challenges of their adoption.

Francesco joined the panel “Who drives the transition?”, alongside representatives from DNV, DH2 Energy and Atlante Marine. The session formed part of the programme’s “What’s next” discussion, exploring promising energy solutions whose deployment depends on infrastructure, regulation and industrial choices.

Fransesco’s participation provided an opportunity to connect MARINER’s work on maritime fuel cell systems with the wider conversation on future energy sources for ships and yachts.
